Shadow Shards emerge along the outer ring and step diagonally toward the Eagle. Armored Husks shrug off the first trap, Echoes split when cornered, Corruptors turn your own walls to rubble, and the coiled segments of Apep move as one. Block the path, force their direction, and capture them before one reaches the center.

- What is Coils of the Legion?
- Coils of the Legion is a tactical 3D turn-based strategy puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. You place and rotate Roman Legionary tiles on a floating limestone board to trap crystalline Shadow Shards before they reach the golden Eagle at the center.
- How do you play?
- Each turn you select a Legionary tile from your cohort, rotate it to the orientation you need, and place it on an open cell. Shadow Shards then advance one step diagonally toward the Eagle. You capture a Shard with a Tactical Trap by blocking all four of its orthogonal neighbors using tiles, board edges, or corner Locus medallions. Rare Centurion tiles trigger Loop Captures that destroy every Shard on a diagonal aligned with a corner medallion.
- How many levels are there?
- The campaign spans 100 levels organized into ten named chapters. Every tenth level is a hand-crafted boss battle with its own board layout, scripted enemy waves, and win condition.
- What languages are supported?
- Twelve languages: English, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Hindi, Arabic, and Russian. Arabic is presented right-to-left.
- Is it free to play?
- The game is free to download with optional in-app purchases for gems. There are no advertisements and no daily-content treadmill; gems are used for the Continue option after a defeat and for optional cosmetic capture effects.
- What devices does it run on?
